Redwood Hub Advisory began when founder Lin Mei-hua left a regional bank’s corporate advisory unit and began helping family-owned manufacturers prepare internal packs for leadership transitions. Clients asked for the same thing repeatedly: not fancier slides, but a dependable rhythm so the general manager could trust Monday numbers and the board could read one narrative instead of five conflicting summaries.

What we do today

We remain a consulting practice—not a software vendor. Our consultants sit with finance controllers, plant managers, and division heads to document how figures move from source documents to leadership meetings. We design templates, ownership maps, and meeting structures that fit how your firm actually operates in Taichung, Changhua, and neighbouring counties.
