Engagement Process
How Redwood Hub Advisory engagements unfold—from scoping call through workshops, rehearsals, and handover for internal reporting setup.
How we work with leadership teams
Every engagement follows a visible path so your finance and operations staff know when interviews, drafts, and rehearsals occur. We adapt pacing to fiscal calendars but keep the same sequence.
- Initial scoping call — You describe meeting cadence, current packs, and the last significant disagreement about internal figures. We confirm fit and propose a draft scope outline within three business days.
- Document collection — You provide recent packs, org chart with reporting lines, and sample source exports. We sign a confidentiality acknowledgement covering client data.
- On-site discovery — Consultants interview finance, operations, and division heads. We observe at least one leadership or preparatory meeting when permitted.
- Draft delivery — Templates, maps, or audit findings circulate for written comment. We schedule a review call to resolve definition disputes early.
- Workshops & rehearsal — Leaders walk through sample materials. Presenters receive time-boxed agendas and decision prompts. We note adjustments in a running change log.
- Handover — Final documents, implementation calendar, and optional extra rehearsal. We remain available by email for clarification questions for thirty days after close-out.
