Our fees reflect consultant time, on-site travel within central Taiwan, and document preparation—not software licences or subscription seats. All figures below are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and exclude VAT where applicable.

What affects your quote
- Division count — Each additional operating unit adds interview time and template variants.
- Legacy complexity — Firms with parent-company reporting overlays or multiple ERP exports need longer inventory work.
- Language — Bilingual packs (English for board, Mandarin for operations) require extra editing rounds.
- Travel — On-site days outside Taichung city include standard rail or highway travel billed at cost with prior approval.
Payment terms
- Audit engagements — 50% on engagement letter, 50% on delivery of final report.
- Framework setup — 40% on signing, 30% at draft template delivery, 30% at close-out.
- Briefing design — 50% on signing, 50% after coached rehearsal.
