Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to consulting fees paid to Redwood Hub Advisory Co., Ltd. for internal reporting advisory work—not to physical products, software subscriptions, or online checkout, which we do not offer on this website.

Engagement deposits

Engagement letters specify deposit percentages. Deposits confirm calendar reservation and preparatory work. Deposits are non-refundable once we begin document review or schedule on-site discovery, except where we cancel the engagement.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of fees not yet earned if:

• We cancel the engagement before delivery
• We materially fail to deliver agreed scope and cannot remedy within thirty days of written notice
• You cancel before we commence discovery work and no calendar slots have been reserved within fourteen days of payment

Partial refunds

Partial refunds may apply when:

• You cancel after discovery begins but before draft delivery—refund equals unearned portion minus work completed and non-refundable travel booked
• Deliverables are partially accepted under a written phased acceptance schedule

Non-refundable items

• On-site days already performed
• Third-party travel and accommodation booked at your request
• Extra rehearsal days completed
• Rush scheduling premiums identified in the engagement letter

Cancellation and rescheduling

Notify us by email at info@workspace-redwoodhub.click. Rescheduling on-site workshops is free with at least ten business days’ notice. Late rescheduling may incur NT$ 8,000 per deferred day to cover reserved consultant time.

No-shows

If your team cancels an on-site session with less than forty-eight hours’ notice without rescheduling, that day is billed in full.

Work already started

Once draft templates, audit reports, or briefing materials are delivered electronically, fees for that phase are non-refundable even if you choose not to implement recommendations.

Materials purchased on your behalf

Occasionally we purchase printing or binding for workshop materials at your request. Those costs are non-refundable once ordered.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original bank transfer account. We do not refund to third-party accounts.
