Who this is for
Owners and general managers at firms with roughly 40–250 staff who rely on monthly or weekly internal packs but lack a single, trusted structure. Common signs: finance spends days reconciling figures before leadership meetings, division heads send incompatible slide decks, or the board receives numbers that differ from what operations sees.
What you receive
- Reporting inventory — We list every recurring internal report, its audience, frequency, and current pain points.
- Ownership map — A one-page diagram showing who prepares, reviews, and approves each section.
- Template set — Weekly flash summary, monthly division report, and quarterly board narrative shell with agreed section order.
- Variance language guide — Short examples of how to explain changes in revenue, cost, and headcount without jargon walls.
- Rollout calendar — Six-week implementation schedule with rehearsal dates for your admin and finance staff.
- Handover memo — Written instructions your team can follow after our engagement ends.
What is not included
We do not install accounting software, build databases, or take over bookkeeping. We do not write statutory financial statements. If you need ERP configuration, we can recommend specialists and stay involved only on the reporting-output side.
Process
- Scoping call (45 minutes, remote) — You describe current packs, meeting cadence, and the last time leaders disagreed on a figure.
- Site interviews (2 days on-site) — We meet finance, operations, and at least two division heads to understand how numbers are produced today.
- Draft framework (week 2–3) — We circulate prototype templates and collect written comments.
- Workshop sessions (2 half-days) — Leaders walk through sample packs and agree on section order, length limits, and escalation rules.
- Rehearsal cycle (week 5–6) — Your team produces one live cycle using new templates; we attend the leadership review and note adjustments.
- Close-out (week 7–8) — Final templates, ownership map, and optional second rehearsal if your fiscal calendar demands it.
Preparation from your side
Gather the last three monthly packs, the most recent board deck, and a list of recurring KPIs each division tracks. Identify one finance contact and one operations contact who can answer source-document questions without delay.
Next step
Request a scoping call and select Reporting framework setup. We will confirm whether your timeline fits our Taichung calendar and send a draft scope outline before any commitment.
