Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Redwood Hub Advisory website and engagement of our business consulting services in Taiwan.
1. Acceptance
By accessing workspace-redwoodhub.click or engaging Redwood Hub Advisory Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
We provide business consulting related to internal reporting setup for company leaders. Service scope, fees, and timelines are defined only in a signed engagement letter—not by website copy alone. Website descriptions are informational.
3. Website use
You may view and download content for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content for commercial redistribution without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, layouts, and branded materials are owned by Redwood Hub Advisory Co., Ltd. Deliverables created under a consulting engagement are licensed to the client as specified in the engagement letter. Pre-existing methodologies and templates remain our property; clients receive usage rights for internal reporting within their organisation.
5. Confidentiality
Consulting engagements include mutual confidentiality obligations in the engagement letter. Information submitted through our contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry unless you later engage us under separate terms.
6. Disclaimer
Consulting advice is based on information you provide and conditions at the time of the engagement. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, regulatory outcomes, or meeting-duration reductions. You remain responsible for business decisions and statutory compliance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, our total liability arising from website use or consulting services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Taichung City, Taiwan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance.
